Hi, I’m Tom McKinlay. I grew up in Dodgeville, Wisconsin, and spent 33 years in radiology at UW Hospital — a career that taught me how to stay calm under pressure, communicate clearly, and always put people first. Now I bring that same energy and dedication into real estate.
